On October 22-26, the St. Petersburg Theatre of Musical Comedy carried out a creative touring project, "Two Cities. Three Epochs. A Journey from St. Petersburg to Moscow," showing three performances in the capital. The tour was timed to coincide with the 95th anniversary of the theatre and was supported by the St. Petersburg Culture Committee as one of the most important events of the anniversary celebrations.
The theatre has started working on a new project - the musical "Nice Work If You Can Get It" by George and Ira Gershwin.
On October 28, stage director Cornelius Baltus and choreographer Vanni Viscusi together with musical director Alexei Nefedov held their first meetings with the actors.
On October 7, the first reading of Gerard Presgurvic musical ROMEO AND JULIET, directed by KERO, took place at the theatre.
